The reason I’m going to continue to use DuckDuckGo is the same reason I use Apple products — made in China — and Micro.blog — increasingly written in React Native, created and backed by FaceBook — and it’s simple:

Oh, also, yesterday I had a thought about a way to implement post-threading on Micro.blog.

How Micro.blog threads could work:

• Publish original post, either long or micro.
• Make edits to post.
• Edits are optionally added to timeline as replies to original post.

Optional features:

• Include link to OP in reply.
• Edit log included in OP.
• Don’t include replies in the TL.

I think of quoting in blogging as a social feature, in a good way.

As such today’s Tip on TIL regarding manual quoting, along with a few as of late, have been placed into the Social filter. You can find the feed for those posts, and other filters on the About page.

When I’m using the Micro.blog scheduler for @TIL, I feel like I’m having a good day.
