Also, in many ways I think they see the iPad line as the replacement for the low-end Macbook; from the 9.7 through Mini, and both models of the Air you have a number of affordable options especially since the Air now has a bunch of ideas from the Pros. As such the software simply must be taken more seriously, otherwise Apple's claims about people leaving desktop Windows machines for iPad are just going to be laughable.
