@patrickrhone Gonna agree with most people's advise and say hold off. Also going to agree with a couple of people about the broader point; the problems aren't rampant per se but, anecdotally, I'd say the struggles are mostly for iPad devices of a certain age. For example, my 2018 9.7 iPad and my wife's brand new iPad Pro have both been perfectly fine since 13.1, although we didn't bother with the launch release so I can't speak to that.
