It's a whole bunch of stuff. She's a working dog, called "assistance dog" (which we learned is an important distinction from "guide dog"), who will be helping @clairewoods with all sorts of things. Apart from the basics of becoming familiar with body language, commands and so on, there are specifics such as fetching items, opening doors, and pressing switches (lights, traffic lights, etc). I haven't read the rest of the documentation yet but there is a bunch more.

Oh, speaking of light switches, she already did this in our living room during the first visit (for "matching") and I totally nearly cried. SHE IS SO AMAZING.
