@JohnPhilpin AFAICT there is now way to do that at the moment with either the default feature or Microgram -- beyond developing it for Microgram (or a similar but separate extension) itself, since it is open source.

Making the grid view an option for pages (both static and feed-based) is a good feature request, even if to begin with it's done via categories + theming. I'll add it to my GitHub to-do list and The Wishlist.
