@frostedechoes @adamprocter As Adam alluded to, it looks like Mozilla have been relying on Google for most of their revenue and not spent that money wisely on alternative sources up until recently.

Also, the MDN has now been switched to a new site along with other changes, all of which amount to Google, Microsoft, and Samsung getting more cozy with Mozilla in general. I find it difficult to be optimistic about this set of events; it feels like the best known components of the open web are not as well supported as they need to be.
