@adamprocter The only real positive I can see from it is that it has shone a light on the many ways in which the infrastructure of the sport remains woefully inadequate across the board; from officiating (which I think in England wasn't even a full-time job until recently), to the obvious issues of inequality throughout the leagues, and so on.
