@manton I'm finding it difficult to come to any conclusion other than the possibility that the relevant people in the company still haven't grown out of the "small startup" mentality that Jobs once bragged about. When it comes to optics, especially from a political POV, Apple appears uncharacteristically just... shabby? It is odd when compared to the apparent eye for detail they have in other areas; although even that appears to have slipped as the size of the company has suddenly grown in recent years.
