@joec Oh nice shout. It makes an awful lot of sense; also consider regional diversity when it comes to glasses, both at national and local levels and other types of lenses.

And this is just for the pre-retail stage of the process. Whilst I understand that online retail for glasses is now a thing, I'd be hard pressed to think of it as anything more than a niche outlet. So physical POS is more important and again the Watch is a good place to look for some hints, what with the whole fitting service they offer(ed?)
