@vincent @canion I agree with you, Andrew. Here's the thing, Vincent; whilst I appreciate a lot of what Fried and DHH do, they also have a tendency to be very much up their own arse and that shines through in their products.

Whereas I believe developers such as yourself very much have your feet firmly on the ground and think about more than just corporate people; for example, I have zero use or interest in Hey email at all and so this blogging feature of theirs is a non-starter. As such I think it would be a good idea for you to pursue your own version, so long as you still feel the passion with which you approach the rest of your independent work.
