I looked at the site and was reminded of the general discourse around Hey, specifically Hey World. I repeatedly underestimate the degree to which even the framework of the enterprise world -- in this case: everybody is on email a lot -- crosses over into the world of consumer software.

It's a little odd for me because not only am I not in the corporate world, but I also have a full-time job without the requisite compensation and so gaining access to the software is difficult at best. Just one of those "odd person out" sort of things but in a very specific, practically insignificant way.

TL;DR The world is even weirder thanks to the effect the internet has on socioeconomic dynamics. Watching the different worlds of different people interact from close-up can be disorientating.
