@gr36 Maybe unfollow the other people who like to talk about casual tech news and take an interest in other things? I did exactly that and found that Micro.blog is still full of lots of good things without the many problems of the other social media platforms.

Or maybe take a break from the social web, even if for a little bit? I have done that a few times in the past year and now have a regular routine for taking a break. It helps me a lot.
