@Burk Yeeeees yes yes yes. Exactly this. You’ve written down pretty much my workflow, though I’m less keen on using the phone because I can’t get good enough lighting for it to work well. Also, we need to use a printer anyway so sometimes the built-in scanner is the better all-round option. The moment I can reliably scan paperwork in good light with my phone, my set-up will be much closer to yours.
