@spgreenhalgh Agreed. Another example: one of my regular jobs is to make a hot-water-bottle for my wife, since it helps her to cope with pain. These things haven't changed for at least decades (maybe more) and they do an amazing job. But you're unlikely to see people talk about the technology at work there.
