@handy If they worked well, sure let's make the system better. Unfortunately I agree; most don't, and what's worse in my opinion is that the really crappy ones are being used by companies just to make the worst possible customer service. Specifically, most recently I have had this with a tel-com and that's in a country in which they are fairly well regulated! Just terrible.
