The big iPhone definitely makes for the best camera set-up (bigger screen, etc), that's for sure but the thing that also makes it attractive: battery.

The size could be considered a problem but I see it as an advantage; yes, it's more difficult to hold for as long but I have zero interest in constantly using my handheld computer. What some people consider a bad deterrent, I think of as a good discouragement.
