I will be separating some of the journaling functionality from my blog, which is likely a good idea; over the past few years I have been able to spend more intensive, intentional time at my computer and so the deeply personal nature of the journal has become an awkward fit for the same space on which I work.

I'm even hesitant to post this... feels very much as if I have run out of space in my digital world, and whenever I have used a pen over the past few years it has always felt good... I think the separation helps a lot.
