@jack I have a plan for our dog; I got a hardcover notebook, which will work in tandem with an instant-print camera to log all of his friends. Not only do we record the memories in a tangible manner but it'll help with memory – there are so many dogs around here that it's impossible to keep all of the details available for instant recall.

I get the feeling this will be the first step into the rabbit hole, and I'm quite happy for it.
