I've noticed this kind of thing elsewhere so I'm going to send them an email and test out their support before making a purchase. They seem to be a tiny company so I have a lot more patience with potential problems when compared to the mass market companies; even so, I'm not willing to spend a lot of money if they're not capable of providing good support.

Either way, assuming I'm comfortable with their current state of support and the like I will be starting with their cheapest model so that I can be sure that I want this type of machine in my life.
