@JohnPhilpin I have unsubscribed and re-subscribed multiple times over the past decade. The current process for unsubscribing isn't too bad; they'll try to make an offer before completing the process but I've never spoken to a bad agent.

Worth remembering: I've only ever done this in the UK and have no idea if they handle things differently elsewhere.
