@Ron No need to be embarrassed! This kind of technology is not as easy to use reliably as some people might make it seem. :)

The good thing now is that you've given @manton and @vincent plenty of information with which to work, on top of any other conversations you might have had in the past. Hopefully it is now easier for them to work out exactly what has gone wrong, and the actions you and they can now take to avoid these problems.

You have also helped me out; I can take your experience as a guide for the type of resources I should be making with @TIL. Thanks for that 👍
