@ayjay Your practice of regular reflection is an act I am implementing beginning this year; reading is a good action with which to start and I'm confident I'll turn my attention to other actions as I go on.

However, I also like the idea of sharing in those other ways though I definitely don't feel comfortable providing just a basic log without context or any further thought... and I have never felt comfortable sharing every little thing from my experiences with stories anyway.
